Two teenagers were killed and a third was injured in an early-morning crash Wednesday in Manitowoc County.
According to reports, two 16-year-olds, one male and one female were killed when the driver of the car they were in lost control and hit a large tree. They were both airlifted to hospitals, where they were pronounced dead. The 18-year-old driver was injured and taken to a Green Bay hospital.
The crash occurred on Manitowoc County LS, north of Silver Creek Road in Manitowoc. Reports said none of the teens were wearing seat belts at the time of the accident. The accident is under investigation.
