Attorney Patrick Uphues is committed to representing the interests of injured victims throughout the State of Wisconsin. Mr. Uphues received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Marquette University Law School in 2022. Before joining Cannon & Dunphy, Mr. Uphues served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable William Sosnay of the Milwaukee County Circuit Court.

Prior to graduation, Mr. Uphues clerked at a prominent Chicago personal injury law firm for two years.  As a law clerk at that firm, Mr. Uphues assisted teams that achieved multi-million-dollar settlements on behalf of the firm’s clients. While attending law school, he also was a member of the Dean’s List and won CALI awards for the highest grade in his class in Jurisprudence and Civil Pretrial Practice.

Mr. Uphues completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he received his bachelor’s degree with a double major in chemistry and philosophy.

Mr. Uphues joined Cannon & Dunphy in October 2024.
