Attorney Josh J. Minon is a shareholder at Cannon & Dunphy SC. Josh passionately represents injured victims throughout Wisconsin, using his legal expertise to fight for and secure the outcomes they deserve. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Wisconsin-Madison Law School, graduating with honor and as a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society. After graduation, he worked as a law clerk under Milwaukee County Circuit Court Judge Daniel A. Noonan, taking the knowledge he gained and putting it to use in the courtroom and at the negotiation table as a personal injury lawyer.
Josh has practiced at Cannon & Dunphy since 2012. For over a decade he has represented countless Wisconsinites in a variety of personal injury matters, including motor vehicle collisions, premises liability claims, wrongful death, and nursing home neglect claims.
Through his tireless efforts for his clients, Josh has achieved numerous settlements of over $1,000,000 for the people he has represented. These include $1,625,000 recovered for a motorcyclist who suffered numerous traumatic fractures in a motor vehicle collision.

Josh was born and raised in Wisconsin. When he is not advocating for his clients, Josh is actively involved throughout the community. He coaches and works with the boards of several youth sports teams in New Berlin, where he resides with his wife and two sons.
