Insurance Firm Ordered to Pay Large Part of $39 Million O’Donnell Park Verdict Request Your Free Consultation


On Monday, February 10, 2014, a Milwaukee County Circuit Judge ruled that the insurance company for a firm that installed a faulty concrete panel that later fell from the O’Donnell Park garage in 2010 would be responsible for paying a large portion of the $39 million dollar jury verdict that was reached in November. A 15-year old boy was killed when the 13-ton concrete panel fell from a wall on the O’Donnell parking structure.
