A Message to Potential New Clients and our Existing Clients Regarding the Covid-19 (Corona Virus) Crisis

During these uncertain times, we want to reassure you that Cannon & Dunphy, S.C. is still open and here to consult with you regarding your potential case.

Although we typically meet with potential clients in person, due to the national and state directive to take precautionary measures such as “social distancing,” we are offering safer alternatives for your protection.  We are still available to take your calls at 262-782-2700.  Alternatively, you can let us know more about your potential case by filling out and submitting a case contact form.

We also offer potential clients the option of a free initial consultation by Zoom Meeting over your computer, laptop, mobile phone, iPad or other computer tablet device.  If you would like to schedule a “virtual” meeting with one of our attorneys, please just  give us a call at 262-782-2700 or submit a case contact form.

Rest assured, we do not charge for initial consultations, and our clients do not owe us any fee unless we obtain a recovery for them.

With respect to any documents that need to be signed and returned to complete the intake process, we will assist you in doing so by email. This will allow you to attach an e-signature to documents as a safe and convenient way of signing documents from anywhere, without the need to print, scan, mail, or fax documents back to us.

To our existing clients, please know that we continue to work on your case.  For your safety and ours, we request that each of you follow the following precautionary measures:

• Please call or email us before visiting our office.  Please do not stop in the office without an appointment.
• Rather than dropping documents off at our office, we prefer that those documents be scanned and emailed or faxed to us, or else sent to us in the mail. Please contact us if you would like a self-addressed stamped envelope sent to you in order to send us documents.\
• Rather than holding in-person meetings at our office, we prefer that those meetings for the foreseeable future take place over the phone or by Zoom Meeting videoconference.
• If your deposition is scheduled, or if you have an appointment with an insurance-hired doctor, or if a mediation or trial is set in your case in the near future, please understand that it may be rescheduled to a later date.  We are monitoring the status of the courts and scheduled matters, and will be in touch with you if any currently scheduled matter is being canceled or needs to be rescheduled.
• If you have any questions or concerns about the status of your case given the recent developments surrounding the COVID-10 crisis, please do not hesitate to call or email the specific attorney who is handling your case.
