Products Liability
Products liability involves claims that an
unreasonably dangerous and defective product caused an injury to
a user of that product. Examples of unreasonably dangerous and
defective products include unguarded pinchpoints on industrial
or farm machinery, failure to warn of dangers associated with
the use of recreational or household products or products that
malfunction because a part was not made according to
manufacturing specifications. Our firm has handled claims for
workers injured on punch presses, printing presses and farm
equipment. We have handled cases for recreational users of All
Terrain Vehicles, Personal Water Craft, power boats and snow
skis. The law of products liability is complex and lawsuits
involving such claims can be very expensive. It is important to
discuss your possible case with an attorney who is experienced
in this area of law.
